* Only Available in South Australia – Order Meals before 10am on Monday’s for delivery or pick up Wednesday’s and Thursday’s

Orders are provided of a combination of fridge and freezer ready (some meals will be pre-frozen)

Wednesday 12pm 6pm

Thursday 10am- 9pm

Please contact if need different Timeslot. Meals can be left unattended for delivery or collection if you will be there with-in the hour.

If early morning delivery I will only SMS or email I will not ring the doorbell unless you have requested.

*delivery to your place of work deliveries will be made between 9am-12pm
